Your New Role

You’ll play a vital role in keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes from their modern Mascot office. This full-time temporary role comes with real potential to become permanent. You’ll report to a supportive and experienced Customer Service Manager who is passionate about backing their team and helping you grow your skills and career.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Helping customers by responding to their enquiries by phone and email
• Processing customer orders and purchase orders
• Keeping customer records up to date and accurate
• Reviewing files to make sure nothing is missed
• Supporting the wider team with general admin tasks

Who You Are

• You’ve got previous customer service, call centre, contact centre or order processing experience
• You communicate clearly and enjoy connecting with people
